FOUND: Man last seen in Colorado who is ‘cognitively impaired’

DENVER (KKTV) - UPDATE: The Colorado Bureau of Investigation provided an update at 3:45 p.m. Friday that Gonzales had been located and is safe.

PREVIOUS: A statewide alert was issued on Friday for a missing man in the Denver area.

According to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, Joshua Gonzaels was last seen in the area of W. Colfax Avenue and N. Lamar Street on Wednesday at about 5 p.m.

“[A family member] advised that Gonzales is cognitively impaired and has failed to take his prescription medication with him,” part of the missing poster reads. “In addition, in the past, Gonzales has been known to frequent light rail stations.”
