Pizza Ranch nearing its grand opening in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - A popular restaurant chain is nearing its grand opening in Colorado Springs.

Thursday afternoon, the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department shared an update on the progress of Pizza Ranch.

It will be located near Austin Bluffs Parkway and North Academy Boulevard, behind the Mi Mexico restaurant.

The Building Department said 47 inspections have been conducted so far, and there are only a few more final inspections to go on the location before the doors open.

The new pizza place was first announced in November 2025.

This will be the first Pizza Ranch in Colorado Springs, and the second in the state.
