Retired doctor facing attempted murder charges

A retired doctor from Pueblo is facing attempted murder charges. It happened Sunday when police were called out to a home to investigate claims of domestic violence.
Police say Jan Davis was threatening his wife with a gun, while his children were in the home. No shots were fired and no one was hurt.
Davis was arrested on attempted second degree murder and domestic violence charges.
Davis is a retired orthopedic surgeon.
