COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - A woman was found guilty of first-degree murder on Friday for the death of Bridget Kenner.

Bridget, a Colorado Springs nurse, was found stabbed to death in her home April 28, 2020. Bridget’s child, “Kenny” Kenner pleaded guilty for his role in the murder of his mom prior to the trial that just wrapped up for Cohen “Vinn” Heath. Kenny was sentenced to 40 years in prison in January after pleading guilty to second-degree murder. Vinn was found guilty for her role on Friday.

According to arrest papers, investigators believe Vinn and Kenny spent weeks planning the murder of Bridget. Vinn is expected to be sentenced to life in prison.

Vinn is also the same person who is suspected of brutally killing a cat in 2019. At that time, Vinn went by Cohen before identifying as a woman. The case tied to aggravated cruelty to animals is still open.
