Parole documents show alleged attacker had several run-ins with the law just hours before reportedly assaulting Colorado Springs woman

Less than 24 hours before a man allegedly attacked a woman in Colorado Springs, records show he had three run-ins with law enforcement but was not arrested. 11 News is learning new details on the case against Clarence Pate from documents we obtained from the Department of Corrections.
