According to information collected by the Colorado Department of Transportation, El Paso County has already seen 13 deaths related to impaired driving this year.

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) announced on Wednesday that remains that were found during a search on Sept. 22 were positively identified as Suzanne Morphew. The identification was done by the El Paso County Coroner on Wednesday.
