Week four on the high school football scene brings match-ups between Palmer Ridge and Smoky Hill, Rampart and Dakota Ridge, Fountain-Fort Carson vs. Pomona and more.
The Pine Creek Eagles made quite the mark in 4A football, but after years of preparation, they have finally made the transition and will play their first year in a 5A division - their opponents being Chaparral, Regis Jesuit, Douglas County, Fountain-Fort Carson and Legend.
The Vista Ridge Wolves were only picked to win four games last season, but shocked the division finishing 7-4. With the 2022 season right around the corner, they’re looking to turn even more heads.
It was a Friday washout at a lot of football games across Southern Colorado! But when the rain and the clouds passed, we had another great slate of action on the gridiron.
