Updated: 12/14/2019 - Colorado College has its work cut out if it plans on retaining the Gold Pan after eighth-ranked Denver defeated the Tigers, 3-1, Saturday night at the Broadmoor World Arena.

Posted: 12/13/2019 - Eighth-ranked Denver scored three times in the third period and Devin Cooley made 24 saves to lead the Pioneers past Colorado College, 2-0, Friday in the first game of the Battle for the Gold Pan at Magness Arena.

It was the teams last practice before going their separate ways for a pre-holiday break at home. The next time the team is all together again will be when they are reunited in Phoenix December 22nd for the start of bowl week.
