An early morning fire at the Satellite Hotel in Colorado Springs is now under control. One resident was treated on scene for minor injuries.
The fire started just before 4:00 am Sunday.
The Satellite Hotel is located at 411 Lakewood Circle, which is near Airport Road and Academy Boulevard in Colorado Springs.
Fire officials say that the fire was not in an apartment, but they're not sure yet what the room was used for.
More than a dozen fire trucks and engines responded. In all 68 firefighters helped put out the fire. The building's automatic sprinkler system also kicked in and helped suppress the fire.
There is no word yet on a cause, but investigators are on scene trying to figure out what started the fire.
Fire officials say that they believe all residents should be able to return to their apartments and rooms as soon as they finish ventilating them. They don't think any of the units were damaged.
The building is a high-rise hotel, that also has more than 200 condominiums.
