It is the latest freeze on record for the Mile High City.
Colorado Springs also set a record, 37 degrees.
The previous record was 38 in 1906.
Grand Junction and Alamosa both had record lows yesterday morning.
Grand Junction dropped to 37, the coldest since 1897 and Alamosa to 28.
Temperatures were expected to rise into the 70s and 80s most lower elevations Saturday.
