Some Colorado Springs students are getting the chance of a lifetime.
The Bristol Elementary School honor choir will perform Wednesday night with the legendary country duo, The Judds.
"I'm excited, but a little bit nervous," said student Alicia Archuleta.
A producer called Bristol Elementary last week asking if the school's honor choir would perform with Wynonna and Naomi Judd.
"At first, they didn't know who the Judds were. There's kind of a generational gap," said Emily Sorensen, Bristol's Music Teacher.
The kids quickly learned about the famous country singers and how to sing one of their songs.
"I think it's like a one in a lifetime chance and I'm just happy I got picked," said student Vincent Vialpando.
The choir will be singing a song called, "Love can build a bridge."
The principal played the song over the loud speaker Wednesday afternoon. He had the students walk around the school, so their peers could wish them good luck before boarding the bus for the concert.
Bristol's music teacher had a prior commitment Tuesday night, so they couldn't join in at The Judds' concert at the World Arena. That's why the choir is in Broomfield for Wednesday night's show.
