Continue to grow the existing sales team to help take them to the next level of performance and maintain that level. Cultivate and grow existing Local and Regional advertisers, grow new local business, provide administration and account list management.
Skills required by the candidate are excellent written and oral communication skills. The candidate must possess the ability to deliver results by sharp observation and must be able to maintain excellent relationships inside and outside the company. The candidate must have the ability to work under pressure. The candidate must have excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability and must be willing to work for long hours when needed and be able to keep calm under pressure. Candidate must have excellent decision making and analytical skills and should be a true team player. The candidate should have excellent comprehensive skills and managerial skills.
The candidate should have at least 2-3 years of business/sales management experience and must have worked closely with media sales team. The applicant should be well educated and have a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, finances or equivalent work experience. Work history in marketing and customer relationships are preferable.
