CSU-Pueblo's Popham earns ABCA/ Rawlings First Team All-Region honors

PUEBLO, Colo. Dakota Popham of the Colorado State University-Pueblo Baseball team earned Rawlings D-II First Team All-South Central Region honors from the American Baseball Coaches Association.

This is the second consecutive season that Popham (Sr., Colorado Springs, Colo.) has earned First Team All-Region honors from the ABCA/Rawlings. Popham is the first Pack player to earn back-to-back All-Region honors from the ABCA/Rawlings since Jordan Godman in 2015-16.

- Led RMAC in doubles over last two regular seasons

- Pack-best 15 home runs over last two seasons

- Ranked second in the RMAC during the regular season with 56 doubles in 2019

- Played 101 of the Pack's 102 games over the last seasons

- Ranked fifth in the RMAC with 56 runs scored in 2019

- Scored 99 career runs and totaled 98 career RBIs

- Hit safely in 17 games from March 17 -April 13

- 3.41 GPA in Exercise Science Human Performance/Recreation
