Broncos sign Free-Agent OL Chaz Green

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. The Denver Broncos on Monday signed fifth-year offensive lineman Chaz Green, President of Football Operations/General Manager John Elway announced.

Green (6-5, 318) has appeared in 22 games (4 starts at LG; 3 starts at LT) during his first four NFL seasons with Dallas (2015-17) and Oakland (2018) in addition to spending part of last season on New Orleans’ active roster. He spent the final four weeks of the 2018 season with Oakland, starting at left guard at Cin. (12/16) in Week 15.

Selected by Dallas in the third round (91st overall) of the 2015 NFL Draft, Green played in 44 games (30 starts) at the University of Florida. He returned from missing his entire redshirt junior season with a knee injury to start 11 games (9 at LT; 2 at RT) as a senior in 2014.

A native of Tampa, Fla., Green was born on April 8, 1992.
