Broncos re-sign River Cracraft, Place Tim Patrick on IR

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. The Denver Broncos on Wednesday signed wide receiver River Cracraft to their active roster and placed wide receiver Tim Patrick on injured reserve (hand), it was announced.

Cracraft (6-0, 198 pounds) is a second-year player who saw action in eight regular season games with Denver in 2018, returning 11 punts for 40 yards (3.3 avg.) and catching one pass for 44 yards. He entered the NFL as a practice squad signee with the Broncos in 2017 and caught eight passes for 50 yards (6.3 avg.) in five preseason contests with Denver this year.

A three-year starter at Washington State, Cracraft finished his collegiate career with 218 catches for 2,701 yards (12.4 avg.) with 20 touchdowns. He was born on Nov. 11, 1994.
