USAF Academy, Colo. - Air Force has been selected to make its second-straight NCAA tournament appearance, announced Monday morning on the NCAA's Selection Show. The Falcons (15-4, 8-2 WAC) will host the Bears of Central Arkansas (8-5-4, 4-1-1 MVC), Thursday, Nov. 15, at a time still to be determined. The opportunity to host marks Air Force's second time in program history.

Air Force, who came up short of an automatic berth at the WAC Tournament, finished with a program-high 15 wins on the season, including a perfect 9-0 season when playing at home. The two-time WAC regular-season champions have the second-most total points (136) and third-most total goals (48) in the NCAA, led by 2017 first-team All-American Tucker Bone and 2018 WAC All-Conference first-teamers Austin Dewing and Andrea Seazzu.

Central Arkansas comes to the Academy boasting Missouri Valley Conference regular season and tournament championship titles. The Bears have won the MVC Tournament for two-straight seasons. Air Force and Central Arkansas met once before in Conway, Arkansas, where the Falcons fell, 0-1, in 2007.

The winner of Thursday's contest will travel to Denver, Colorado, to take on the 16th-seeded University of Denver Pioneers, Sunday, Nov. 18. Regular updates on times, ticketing and the complete experience will posted to as well as men's soccer social media outlets.
