A 61-year-old man has been charged with 84 counts of animal cruelty following the deaths of two horses on a Montrose property, according to the Montrose County Sheriff’s Office.
A Colorado Springs resident says broken-down, stolen, and stripped vehicles are being left on city streets for weeks, and in some cases, months, without being towed. The city confirms towing was scaled back for a time this summer, but says operations have since returned to normal.
According to PCSO, as of 1:30, deputies and Emergency Services fire teams were responding to “several” brush fires in an area between Mile Markers 86 and 88.
