Man arrested following crash in Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs police arrested 36-year-old James Harvey after a traffic accident near Uintah and North Weber Street in Colorado Springs.
Police say Weber was driving northbound on Weber when he ran a red light and hit another vehicle on Uintah. Harvey was reportedly intoxicated at the time of the crash and was arrested for vehicular assault along with other charges. He was booked into the El Paso County Jail.
The victims involved in the accident were extracted from their vehicles and went to the hospital following the accident. Police tell us one person had serious but not life-threatening injuries. Their condition Sunday has not been released.
