What makes Snooze special (according to Snooze):
1. BREAKFAST BUT DIFFERENT. At Snooze, we’re using our delicious breakfast food, energetic atmosphere and friendly staff of Snoozers to really turn breakfast on its head. While we could certainly get by on simply serving great breakfast food, we’re committed to doing Breakfast But Different. So, whether that’s how we create our benedicts, where we source our ingredients from or who we employ – we’re committed to being different, to make a difference.
2. SWEET, SAVORY & SPRING-Y. Snooze is known for bringing a menu packed full of variety and creativity. Our goal is to make sure there is something for every type of diner and any type of craving. For the breakfast-lover with a sweet tooth, try our signature Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes with caramelized pineapple chunks, house-made vanilla crème anglaise and cinnamon butter. If savory is your style, we recommend the Everything Bacon Sensation with an over medium egg, green goddess cream cheese, bacon and citronette dressed arugula, all stuffed between an everything spice brioche bun. We’re also always highlighting the best of the season with our rotating seasonal dishes. Several recent additions to the menu include the Lox-N-Latke Benny with homemade crispy latkes, lox style salmon, poached eggs, cream cheese hollandaise, fried capers, pickled red onions and pistou and the Coco-Nana Pancakes filled with white chocolate chips and topped with house-made vanilla creme, whipped mascarpone, macerated strawberries, sticky coconut and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
3. OUR BAR BRINGS THE PARTY. How many breakfast spots do you know that boast a full bar at the center of the restaurant? At Snooze, we pair our vibrant and energetic atmosphere with a full bar and innovative ‘A.M. cocktail’ menu, encouraging our guests to really celebrate the day with us. The menu features creative spins on classics like the mimosa and Bloody Mary as well as a selection of signature drinks like the Snooze Fashioned with Breckenridge Bourbon, cold brew coffee, orange simple syrup, and a hint of Angostura Bitters and Morning Mojo Mojito with rum, green tea simple syrup, soda, lime, cucumber and mint. Cheers to 8:00am being the new 5:00pm!
4.SNOOZE & SUSTAINABILITY. Snooze prides itself on being an industry leader in championing sustainable environmental practices and responsibly sourced ingredients. Snooze just released its first ever annual sustainability and community report, ‘The Change Makers Report,’ which proves how making breakfast that makes a difference, is different. In order to be a leader, we need to create great leaders - that’s why all 2,100+ employees have completed our Sustainability 101 class. It’s important that each Snoozer understands and supports our commitment to doing the responsible thing for people and the planet. With an educated and dedicated team, we are able to achieve great things such as diverting 90% of our waste from landfills (where facilities exist) and using 100% cage-free eggs across our 36 locations.
5.SNOOZE AND THE COMMUNITY. Snooze doesn’t just open in a community; we open with the community. For every opening weekend we partner with three local non-profit organizations and host a pre-opening benefit breakfast, where the community can donate to the organization of their choice. This past weekend, April 20 - 22, Snooze partnered with The Catamount Institute, Colorado Springs Food Rescue, and Beneficiary: Home Front Cares to raise a total of $17,549. In addition, Snooze will continue to give back 1% of all sales to local charities. In 2018, Snooze donated over $800,000 to local and national charities, and is on track to give back over $1 million in 2019 alone.
