Several arrested after illegal trespassing in southeast Colorado Springs

Multiple people were behind bars after illegal trespassing was reported a local business.

According to Colorado Springs police, the call came in late Wednesday night near Interstate 25 and Highway 24.

Officers said twelve misdemeanor and three felony arrests were made for various crimes. A small amount of narcotics were also found at the scene.

The operation was carried out by the CSPD Homeless Outreach Team and the Gold Hill Division Crime Reduction Task Force.

Several of the people arrested were booked in the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center. They have not been identified at this time.
