Man in deadly Colorado Springs crash ID'd

Police are investigating a deadly crash just east of downtown Colorado Springs Wednesday afternoon.
The crash happened at about 2 p.m. near the intersection of East Willamette Avenue and Swope Avenue. Police say a Ford pickup truck was traveling westbound on Willamette Avenue when it was struck on the driver's side by a Dodge Durango traveling northbound on Swope Avenue. The pickup truck rolled and the driver was thrown from the vehicle. The driver of the pickup truck was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died from his injuries.
The driver who died was identified Friday as 62-year-old James Stelter.
The people in the Durango were taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries.
Speed, alcohol or drugs aren't suspected factors in the crash. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
This crash marks the 23rd traffic-related death in Colorado Springs in 2017.
