Containment: 45 percent
Location: 20 miles southeast of Salida in Fremont County. Closest town is Coaldale. Fire remains on Forest Service land.
Terrain: Fire is burning in rugged, hard-to-access terrain. Beetle-killed trees are helping to fuel the fire.
Evacuations: The following evacuations will be lifted at 8 a.m. Tuesday:

-People who live along County Road 1A
-Eagle Peak subdivision
-Mosher Creek
-County Road 40
-Fox Creek subdivision

All other evacuations orders will be lifted Thursday at 8 a.m.
Homes threatened: None
Structures lost: One. The Fremont County Sheriff's Office says it was a cabin, but not one that was lived in on a regular basis.
Roads closed: County Road 1A is closed in both directions between Highway 50 and Highway 69. County Road 6 is closed west of Highway 50. County Road 40 is closed. Fox Creek Drive is closed. Evacuees living on any of the closed roads, if being allowed to return home Tuesday, must have a pass.
