Paula Presley, Juan San Agustin turn selves in, bond out after indictment

PUEBLO, Colo. (KKTV) Both the former undersheriff of El Paso County and the former sheriff's office commander have turned themselves self in after being indicted by a grand jury on Wednesday.

Both have since bonded out of jail.

Paula Presley was indicted for extortion, conspiracy to commit extortion, tampering with a witness of victim, conspiracy to commit tampering with a witness or victim, second-degree kidnapping, false imprisonment, and three charges of first-degree official misconduct.

Juan "John" San Agustin was indicted for second-degree kidnapping and false imprisonment.

Presley turned herself in to the Pueblo County Jail, while San Agustin turned himself over to Teller County authorities.
