No Powerball winner Saturday; jackpot climbs to $550 million
There's still no winner of the enormous Powerball jackpot -- and if you're a glass-half-full type, that means there's still a chance for you!
Even better, the jackpot keeps growing! It's now estimated at $550 million, the eighth-largest in Powerball history.
No tickets matched the six numbers required to win the big haul -- 67, 30, 34, 39, 53, 11 -- but there are still a few new millionaires waking up Sunday morning. One million dollar tickets were sold in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and a North Dakota player will be taking home $2 million after doubling a $1 million ticket with the Power Play option.
Wednesday is the next drawing. Those hoping to take home a little bit of cash only need to match four white balls or three white balls and the Powerball to win $100. Four white balls and the Powerball will make you a new "thousandaire" with a $50,000 prize.
To win the jackpot, your odds are steep, to say the least: a one in 292.2 million chance.
