Man reels in Colorado state record for bluegill

MONTEZUMA COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) - A new record was set for anglers in Colorado this week!

Colorado Parks and Wildlife is reporting Gregory Wallace landed the state record for bluegill. They shared a photo of Wallace, with his catch, on Thursday. The fish weighed in at two pounds and 9.5 ounces with an overall length of 12.75 inches.

Wallace reportedly caught the fish at Totten Reservoir in Montezuma County.
