WARNING: The following details are graphic

According to arrest papers obtained by 11 News, Scott reportedly told his friend he stabbed his girlfriend at his home. Scott's friend said he was "freaking out." Police found Scott's residence through a public records search and went to the home in 1900 block of Hallam Avenue.

Arrest papers go on to state deputies arrived at the residence and saw blood on the front of the house. Deputies found blood in the kitchen and hallway. Deputies then found the victim with multiple stab wounds to her neck and chest. A deputy started CPR, but when medical personnel arrived on scene the victim was deemed dead. Scott's father was found sleeping in the house.

Scott was contacted by a deputy and advised of his Miranda Rights. Scott did not want to speak the detective and "invoked his Miranda Rights" according to the arrest papers.

Detectives conducted an interview with a man who saw Scott that night. The man was reportedly at his home along Stika Drive when Scott showed up. The man saw Scott wearing a "wife beater" and a pair of loose jeans, covered in blood. The blood was on his face, hands, shirt and pants. Scott reportedly told the man in part, "I killed her, I killed her. I just killed Alex... she was going to kill me if I didn't kill her first."

According to another person detectives spoke with, Scott and Morris were together for about three to four months. That person also stated he had seen the two physically fight in the past.

On top of the murder charge Scott is facing a charge of domestic violence.
