PUEBLO, Colo. (KKTV) - A Colorado man was arrested after authorities found 30 pounds of dried marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms and 120 marijuana plants in his home.

The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office announced the charges against 52-year-old Kenneth Heritsch on Friday. Deputies were called to his home in the 1500 block of 33rd Lane east of Pueblo after receiving a tip on a possible illegal marijuana grow.

Heritsch admitted to deputies he had 36 marijuana plants, state law only allows a dozen plants per home.

Deputies obtained a search warrant for the home. On Friday they found 121 marijuana plants, 30 pounds of dried marijuana, 55 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and "an undetermined" amount of cash.

The sheriff's office believes the marijuana plants have an estimated street value of $121,000 while the dried product is worth about $39,000.

Heritsch is facing charges of possession with intent to manufacture/distribute, cultivation of marijuana and possession of a schedule 1 substance.
