Police arrested a man they believed robbed the same Dairy Queen twice in one day in Pueblo.

On Monday at about 9 p.m. police were called to the Dairy Queen in the 2100 block of Oakshire Lane for an armed robbery in progress. A man, reportedly armed with multiple guns, left the business with cash. The suspect even tried to carjack a woman in the drive-thru of the business, but failed. The suspect got away on foot and police weren't able to track him down.

About two hours later, police received a call that the same man was trying to rob the same Dairy Queen. Police say he tried to carjack an employee this time and once again failed. The suspect ran from the scene.

Police set up a perimeter and used night vision equipment to find him hiding in a field. The suspect tried running but was caught, according to police.

The suspect was identified as 37-year-old Levi John Roberts. He's facing two counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of attempted robbery and felony menacing.
