COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - A convicted sex offender who police say has failed to register has been at large for several weeks and makes another appearance on our "Most Wanted" list.
MONDAY'S MOST WANTED: November 4
Along with failing to register as a sex offender, law enforcement say Quincy Brown, 37, is also wanted on drug charges. Brown is described as a 5-foot-7, 185-pound black male with brown hair and brown eyes.
Jacob Wilson faces charges of assault. The 23-year-old is described as a 6-foot-1 and180-pound black male with brown hair and brown eyes.
Jesse Robinson, 28, is facing escape and identity theft charges. Robinson is described as a 5-foot-9 and 155-pound white male with blond hair and green eyes. UPDATE: Since publishing this article, jail records now indicate Robinson is in custody.
Anthony Brown, 28, is wanted for allegedly assaulting a law enforcement officer and for robbery charges. Brown is a black male, 5-foot-8 and 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Sean Cartier, 28, is wanted on charges of assault, child abuse and violation of protection order. Cartier is described as a 5-foot-7 white male weighing 115 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Christopher Whisler, 46, faces charges of aggravated motor vehicle theft, as well as second-degree assault charges related to domestic violence. Whisler is described as Hispanic, 6-foot-2, 175 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Rene Hidalgo-Abad, 46, is wanted on kidnapping, assault and harassment charges. He's described as a 5-foot-8 and 175-pound white male with brown hair and brown eyes.
Thirty-two-year-old Octavio Dominguez-Martinez is wanted on robbery charges. He's described as a 5-foot-5 and 150-pound white male with black hair and brown eyes.
Gabriel Velasquez, 21, is wanted for charges of possession of contraband, second-degree burglary and menacing. Velasquez is described as Hispanic, 5-foot-8, 140 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
