COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - A sex offender who has allegedly failed to register and a murder suspect are among this week's "Most Wanted."

Randy Ray Bishop, 35, is wanted on a laundry list of charges: assault with a deadly weapon and strangulation, kidnapping, felony menacing, and child abuse. Bishop is described as a 6-foot-1, 170-pound white male with blond hair and green eyes.

Steven Coombs, 51, is wanted for second-degree murder. He's described as 5-foot-9 and 200 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes, and is a white male.

Zachary Burns, 28, is facing homicide charges. He is described as a 6-foot-1 white male, weighs 140 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. His mugshot shows distinct tattooing on his neck.

Quinn Scaggs, 18, is wanted on charges of assault with a deadly weapon. Scaggs was convicted as a juvenile last year in a string of burglaries in Colorado Springs and sentenced to a youth facility in Golden. As 11 News reported in June, Scaggs escaped by tying bedsheets together and scaling the perimeter fence. He is described as 6-foot-2 and 160 pounds with blond hair, blue eyes, and a particularly distinctive tattoo on his face reading "loyalty."

Christopher Sandoval, 30, faces burglary charges. He's described as a 5-foot-11 white male weighing 190 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.

Jason Schumacher, 38, is wanted on first-degree trespassing charges. Schumacher is described as white, 6 feet tall, 159 pounds, and is bald with blue eyes.

Cameron Stanley, 27, is a convicted sex offender wanted for failing to register. Stanley also faces escape charges. He is described as an Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, is 6 feet tall, and weighs 130 pounds.

Lydell Tillman is wanted on assault charges. The 39-year-old is described as a black male, is 6-foot-1, weighs 190 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
