Arrest made in Colorado Springs murder of Robbie London

An arrest was made this week tied to a murder in Colorado Springs that happened on Dec. 20, 2018.

Police announced the arrest of Felix Jacques on Thursday for the murder of Robbie London. London was found shot to death in his apartment off Delta Drive on the southeast side of Colorado Springs.

Jacques is currently incarcerated in Lincoln, Nebraska on unrelated charges. He is expected to be extradited to El Paso County. Police did not immediately share information on how they identified him as a suspect.


A mother wants help to find her son's killer. Police say they found Robbie London shot to death inside his apartment in southeast Colorado Springs in December.

"I just don't understand what kind of monster would do that," said Clara London.

Clara London, Robbie's mother, says she knew something was wrong when he didn't pick up his grandson. Later, she found him at his apartment lying on the floor.

"I started screaming," said London. "And, I just went down."

Colorado Springs Police say it happened in the 2100 block of Delta Drive on the southeast side of Colorado Springs. Police responded before 3 p.m. They say they found 43-year old Robbie London dead of a gunshot wound in his apartment.

Police are asking anyone with information on this case to come forward.
