Deadly crash on a Colorado highway claims the life of a Pueblo man

PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) - A 59-year-old Pueblo man was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Saturday.

The crash was reported at about 4:20 p.m. along Highway 96 about 15 miles west of Pueblo. Troopers believe Frank Sandoval was going westbound when he lost control on a curve. The vehicle rolled 3 1/2 times and Sandoval was thrown. He died at the scene.

According to investigators, Sandoval was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash.

The investigation is ongoing.
