DUI crash involving Fountain Valley School of Colorado bus

A driver has been cited for DUI after crashing with a Fountain Valley School of Colorado school bus.
On Friday at about 6:50 p.m., Colorado State Patrol was called to the scene at Grinnell Boulevard and Fountain Valley School Road in the Security-Widefield area.
According to state patrol, a bus was facing northbound on Grinnell Boulevard and stalled due to mechanical issues on the right shoulder. The bus was partially blocking the right lane in the process of unloading students at the time of the crash.
A northbound Toyota Tundra then hit the rear of the bus. There were six students and the driver on the bus at the time of the crash. The students suffered minor injuries.
The 32-year-old driver of the Toyota who hit the bus has been identified as Caleb Zampedri. He has been cited for DUI and careless driving.
