ARVADA, Colo. (KKTV) - Suspects used a stolen cement truck to ram their way into a gun store, where they then helped themselves to more than a dozen handguns.

Arvada police found the cement truck still running outside Green Mountain Guns when they got to the scene just after 4:30 Tuesday morning.

Sister station KCNC says the crooks got around the concrete barriers blocking the entrance by attaching cables to the truck's bumper and using that to pull out part of the glass storefront.

The concrete barriers were installed last year following multiple smash and grabs, including one where the crooks drove an SUV through the front.

There's no word on suspects at this time.
