Classic 1929 Nash car destroyed in Pueblo garage fire

PUEBLO, Colo. (KKTV) - Fire crews were called to a home in Pueblo on Wednesday for a fire close to Lincoln Street.

The fire was in a neighborhood near Tyler Street and West Pitkin Avenue. It appeared the fire was primarily in the garage of a home. The blaze started at about 2:15 p.m.

11 News learned the resident was working on a 1929 Nash when the fire broke out. The fire spread from the vehicle to the garage. The owner of the vehicle had spent about $9,000 restoring it and was nearly finished.

The exact cause of the fire remains under investigation by officials. No one was hurt.
