Colorado Springs man arrested for stolen cars and nearly a dozen robberies

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Colorado Springs Police believe they have the man responsible for nearly a dozen armed robberies and four attempted robberies in custody.

Police say 32-year-old Joshua Tenbrink started the crime spree on Nov. 5 at a liquor store. They believe his last successful robbery happened on Nov. 14 at Quart House Liquor at 2738 Palmer Park Boulevard. He was arrested on Nov. 16 and taken into custody by the Cripple Creek Police Department.

Investigators believe Tenbrink used two stolen vehicles and pointed a handgun and long gun at victims during the robberies.

11/10/19 Valero, 4825 Galley Rd.
11/13/19 Bluffs Wine and Liquor, 3609 Austin Bluffs Pkwy.
11/14/19 Academy Town Liquor, 1210 N. Academy Blvd.
11/14/19 Quart House Liquor, 2738 Palmer Park Blvd.
