CSPD: Sex assault suspect on the run

A woman was sexually assaulted at gunpoint, and now police are looking for the man who hurt her.

Police say the woman reported she was assaulted at East Rio Grande and Cedar Street early Thursday. Dywand Julien, 54, is now wanted by police. The woman said she is an acquaintance of his.

An arrest warrant for Julien was issued Thursday afternoon, police said.

It's unknown where Julien is. Police said anyone with information on his whereabouts should call 911 and not approach him because he is likely armed.
