Heavily armed officers swarmed the neighborhood on Thursday for hours as the scoured the area for the man who is likely armed. Authorities are concerned Bishop is becoming more desperate after firing shots at an officer in a local hospital back in November. Police believe Bishop was the one who pulled the trigger in a shooting at police this past weekend.

A tip brought police to the neighborhood on Thursday, but the search ended without an arrest.
