This afternoon, traffic anchor and meteorologist Jordan Sherman said Powers was closed for a period of time between Barnes and Stetson Hills because of the road conditions.

Jordan said northbound I-25 is back open at County Line Road, after being closed for hours because of a crash. I-25 Southbound is open at Plum Creek Pkwy but it's slow going.

Crashes have been reported all across Colorado Springs, with several slide-outs on I-25. Viewers are also reporting several crashes on Union Blvd near Vickers.

Roads are very icy right now. Jordan said on 11 News at Noon that if you don't need to be out on the roads, you should stay home.

We are also hearing that traffic on Highway 24 is moving very slowly, too.

We are keeping a close eye on the conditions. Tune into KKTV for the latest.
