PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) - UPDATE: Pueblo police arrested a suspect who led them on a chase that ended in the northbound lanes of I-25 near Pueblo.
Police say the man, who has still not been named, tried to hit a Teller County Sheriff's deputy with his truck. That led to a pursuit, which ended with police deflating the suspect's tires on I-25.
The suspect is wanted out of Parker on child exploitation charges.
Northbound I-25 was closed Thursday night near Pueblo due to police activity.
The incident may be tied to a vehicle chase that started at about 8:05 p.m. out of Colorado Springs. The Colorado State Patrol said a wanted man considered armed and dangerous ran from police.
The chase went down I-25. The same suspect reportedly ran from Teller County Deputies earlier in the day. He was wanted out of Parker after he didn't show up to court. He has not been publicly identified.
Northbound I-25 was closed at mile marker 105, near Pueblo due to police activity. It was reopened about 10 minutes later. 11 News is working to confirm if it is tied to the man who ran from both Teller County Deputies and Colorado Springs Police.
