Man found dead under a pickup truck in Colorado Springs

A man was found dead under a pickup truck in Colorado Springs Thursday night.

According to the Colorado Springs Fire Department, a person walking in the area of Prospect and Kiowa noticed a man under a truck with one of his shoes off and called authorities. When firefighters arrived on scene, the man was deceased.

Fire officials say the death doesn't appear to be malicious. There was an alternator nearby and some tools.
