Release from Patrick Frazee's attorney Jeremy Loew:

"Patrick Frazee continues to cooperate with law enforcement in the missing person investigation of Kelsey Berreth. We understand that a search warrant was executed on Mr. Frazee’s property. Mr. Frazee was never asked to voluntarily participate in this search. We encourage law enforcement to take whatever steps it deems necessary to find Kelsey Berreth and to be able to exclude Patrick Frazee as a possible suspect in this missing person investigation. Mr. Frazee will continue not to participate in any interviews with the media and instead focus on parenting the child he shares with Ms. Berreth."

11 News confirms authorities are searching the home of Kelsey Berreth's fiancé. They are executing a search warrant. The Teller County Sheriff's office says the search could last three days. Patrick Frazee was the last known person to see Berreth, according to Woodland Park Police Chief Miles DeYoung.

The Law Office of Jeremy Loew says Patrick Frazee is cooperating with law enforcement.

The 29 year old was last seen on Thanksgiving Day. Berreth was last seen on video in Woodland Park on Nov. 22 and reported missing 10 days later. In between those two dates, her place of employment and her fiance both said they received messages from her phone.

Police released the latest surveillance footage of the missing mom on Tuesday. The video was from a Safeway in Woodland Park shot on Nov. 22.

Cheryl Berreth said her daughter was not the type to leave without telling anyone.

"She’s not the kind who runs off. This is completely out of character. Kelsey loves her god, she loves her family and friends, and she loves her job. She’s reliable, considerate and honest.”
