This is the same temple where a man was arrested for making threats against it in November.
to read more information. Based on the investigation, police do not believe Wednesday's incident has any connection to the alleged November bomb plot.
The suspect is 62-year-old Patricia DeCesaro, who is facing charges of first-degree arson and second-degree burglary. She was taken into custody on scene.
The temple president said they have surveillance video of the event. The cameras were installed after the November threat.
"The good news is that they saw the footage of her walking around and rummaging through everything. The bad news is the camera system doesn't have a notification system so from the time I checked the cameras in the morning to the next time when this happened, I didn't know that she was in here," said the temple president Michael Atlas-Acuna.
