Armed robbers hold up Springs convenience store

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Two men are on the run after holding up a convenience store overnight.

A cashier and a customer were both inside the store when the men burst in just before 1 a.m. Monday. One of the robbers aimed a gun at the clerk and the other at the customer as they demanded money from the register. The employee complied and the men then left the store.

The robbery happened at a store in the 5200 block of Astrozon Boulevard. Police have currently not released suspect descriptions.
