COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) UPDATE (11:17, 9:41 a.m.): The judge presiding over Dear's case says he is still incompetent to stand trial.

PREVIOUS): Accused Planned Parenthood shooter Robert Dear will be back in a Colorado Springs courtroom Thursday morning.

The hearing will focus on whether or not Dear is mentally fit for trial.

In May, Judge Gilbert Martinez ruled Dear was unfit to stand trial and ordered him to seek treatment at the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Pueblo.

Judge Gilbert also expected to release the results of a 90-day review of Dear’s mental health by those who are treating him.

Gilbert could order Dear to remain in treatment for another three months or schedule a hearing to proceed with the trial.

There is no time frame on when Dear could return to competency and when the trial could resume.
