AMBER ALERT: 1-year-old found safe in Aurora

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (KKTV) - UPDATE 10:48 p.m.
The suspect and child were found safe in Aurora. The AMBER Alert was canceled at about 10:45 p.m.


An AMBER Alert was issued Thursday evening for a 1-year-old boy out of Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Cheyenne Police shared pictures of the suspect and child at about 5 p.m. Mijito Johnson, a non-custodial parent, was last seen leaving Cheyenne at 3 p.m. with Gregory Marks. They may be traveling in a 2004 silver Ford Expedition with a broken rear passenger window. A license plate was not provided last time this article was updated.

Mijito could be armed and is considered dangerous. They may be traveling through Colorado to Texas.

Mark was last seen wearing dark-gray jogger pants, light-gray tennis shoes and a long sleeve beige shirt with a moose. Pictures of both Mark and Mijito are at the top of this article.
