PARKER, Colo. (KKTV) - Colorado residents had the chance to win vanity license plate configurations at a state auction on Saturday, and the biggest bid was worth thousands!
Someone now owns a Colorado license plate with "MCLAREN" written on it after making the bid for $6,000.
The live auction was held in Parker at the Vehicle Vault car museum.
Funds raised from the auction benefit the disability community through grants issued by the Disability Funding Committee whose mission to support new and innovative programs to help through this unique marketing opportunity.
Altogether, $23,540 was raised.
