5 injured in Aurora apartment shooting

AURORA, Colo. (KKTV) - Five people were injured in a shooting at an Aurora apartment complex late Saturday night.

The Aurora Police Department says three teens and two men were hit when the gunman opened fire just before 11 p.m. All suffered serious injuries but are expected to survive.

The gunman was described only as a black male wearing a yellow hoodie. Witnesses were not able to provide an age or any other identifying information. Aurora police are still investigating whether there were any other suspects.

Police believe a party may have been going on at the apartment complex at the time of the shooting. The apartment complex is located near Iliff and Buckley.
