4 Broncos players elected to Pro Bowl

(KKTV) - Despite a season that was considered a dud by many Broncos fans, two players representing the Mile High City were elected to the Pro Bowl roster while two others were named alternates.

Outside linebacker and fan favorite Von Miller was named a starter alongside Jadeveon Clowney from the Texans. Also from the Broncos defense, cornerback Aqib Talib.

The Pro Bowl nod is Miller’s sixth and Talib’s fifth.

Cornerback Chris Harris Jr. and defensive lineman Domata Peko Sr. were named as alternates.

The Pro Bowl will be played the week before the Super Bowl, on Sunday, Jan. 28 at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida.

Four rookies were chosen in voting by NFL players, coaches and fans: running backs Alvin Kamara of the Saints and Kareem Hunt of the Chiefs, cornerback Marshon Lattimore of the Saints, and safety Budda Baker of the Cardinals.
