Kasia is a Denver native and is excited to have her first reporting job in her home state

Kasia joined KKTV 11 News as the Pueblo reporter in June 2019 straight from college. Her name is pronounced "Ka-sha" and she is used to people not knowing how to say it. She graduated from the University of Missouri in May 2019 with a broadcast journalism degree. While in college, she worked for KOMU 8 News as a reporter and producer.

Kasia is so excited to be back in her home state telling stories of Coloradans, as she was born and raised in Denver.

When not on TV, Kasia loves to be in the mountains. She loves ATVing with her family in the summer and snowboarding with her friends in the winter. She is also a huge music nerd and loves to go to as many music festivals as possible. In the summer of 2018, she interned for KS 107.5, a hip-hop station in Denver, but ultimately chose to pursue television news. Kasia also loves traveling when she gets a free weekend. She even lived in Singapore and explored all of Asia for six months in 2018.

If you have a story idea, or have a cute picture of your dog, she would love to hear from you! Feel free to email her with a story idea.
